The info you provided doesn't tell me anything.What kind of test did you get?There are no tests that just gives you a percentage probability,it's either negative or positive.
The only way you can find out if you have it is if you first get a test for the anti bodies,if that is negative then you don't have it,if it's positive than you get a further test which is called a HCV RNA PCR.Check out the website.
