Trish: I'm confused, now. Is their a "mail" species, or a species that has a "mail" gender?
Bill: In regard to the application in question how does the "in vitro" pertain? Wouldn't "in vitro" mean nobody gets laid? Take your own shot as to how the glass enters into the equation. Too many questions for me.
Happy 4th to you all :-)
Hahahaha!
So very well said, Trish… I guess I was actually hoping your reply would have been, “and would you like that for take out, or for delivery” :o).
And Dave, as difficult as it might seem, even internet moderators need some of that once in a while. Isn’t that right, Em :o)?
I dunno Bill ... when it comes to the mail species getting laid, results in vitro and in vivo seem to be woefully inconsistent and have confounded researchers for years and the conclusion seems to be that hinging your chances on getting the right answer to a woman's question is not recommended. Some have been heard to mutter "liquor is quicker".
I see… so what your saying is the thing about getting laid works well in vitro, but not so in vivo :o)?
"A lot of things that perform elegantly ‘in vitro’ don’t necessarily work out as well ‘in vivo’."
That's precisely the application I'm seeing. While it's exciting to see results in vitro, it's in vivo that really matters, correct? The article I'm reading explains the why of the different results between one and the other so I'm kinda excited to actually understand it. I love those "aha!" moments!!!
As for your second question....man.....if only it were that simple, eh Bill? ;-> Then those stars might take on a whole new meaning!
LOL! I needed that. Hopefully it works that way bill! Hopefully the mods don't get you!
Sure, Trish. A lot of things that perform elegantly ‘in vitro’ don’t necessarily work out as well ‘in vivo’.
Now, I have one for you; by lay description, does that mean if I get it right, I also get laid :o)? Hmm :o)?
Thank you, Bill. I knew you would have the answer to this one. I understand that perfectly. A number of things suddenly fell into place. Thank you.
Trish
In vivo = as it occurs in life.
In vitro = as it occurs in glass; e.g. test tube/controlled environment?
Right or wrong that’s been my interpretation all along, Trish…
