The only cure is interferon and ribavirin. For liver health a healthy lifestyle, eating right, exercising and as little liver stressing meds and no alcohol are the best.
It may help cleanse the liver of toxins. I know lots of people believe that, but as far as killing the virus... which is the only way to get rid of hep c... it can't do that. That virus is VERY tough which is why we go through such a long treatment with such strong meds. You have to kill every one of those dragons to be free of it.
