Hi

Some Info from the CDC frequently asked questions about hepatitis C

http://www.cdc.gov/hepatitis/c/cfaq.htm

Is it possible to get over Hepatitis C?

Yes, approximately 15%–25% of people who get Hepatitis C will clear the virus from their bodies without treatment and will not develop chronic infection. Experts do not fully understand why this happens for some people.

Good luck

Yes.  If you are not chronic. You can get hep c and then the virus can just go away.  Not everyone goes on to full chronic active hep c.  St. John's wart is also good as long as you are NOT chronic active. Chronic active should try drug therapies to stop the virus from damaging the liver and causing death.

So yes and no....depends on if you were exposed and resolved, or you maintain an active virus.

Yes ones immune system can beat it back during the acute phase which is six months. After that one becomes chronic and then only treating can cure you. Hope this helps.
