Not sure if I found the right post (cdip thread?), but sorry about the neuropathy. Don't know much about how to proceed with post treatment insurance issues but maybe if you start a new thread someone else may have some ideas.

If you search the archives, you'll note there has been some confusion regarding the gap between the two components of the LabCorp tests, and honestly I'm still not 100% clear both on that score and especially how the reporting is done which also seems confusing. Personally, I think the Quest tests are more than sensitive enough (5 IU/ml) and the reporting is clear with no gaps.
My suggestion for a good post treatment test is Quest's "HCV RNA Qualitative TMA". It's a very sensitive test and the reporting is very simple. It either says "virus detected" or "virus not detected". And post treatment, that's really all you need to know.
Alternatively, you could take Quest's "Heptimax" which is a quantitative and therefore will give you the result in numbers should the test detect the virus.
All the best,

Correction, that should have been both test taken at 8 weeks post taper period. I had the LC# 550027 <10 at week 48 and was UND at that point and then completed the taper period in which the above was taken.
darn, I'll be glad when this brain fog stops.
