liver biopsy

the liver biopsy was a piece of cake
but the couldnt find a vein
and i had to have a p.i.c. done
thats a horrible
im ok though

BECAUSE AT THE BEGINNING IS WAS SCARED TO HAVE A BIOPSY THOUGHT IT WAS PAINFUL...AND AFTER I FINISHED TX I WANTED TO KNOW THE CONDITION OF MY LIVER ....TRINITY HIT IT DEAD ON THE HEAD.....THANKS

Ditto on curious.  Kimmy is a geno 2.  Maybe they felt biopsy wasn't necessary prior to tx because of genotype and she asked for one after tx in the event tx fails which we hope is not the case.  It's odd to treat first and then have bx -  but as long as she SVR's who cares right?

I´m also curios why did you have biopsy at this time?

Have you had any post tx PCR yet?
Here in Sweden it takes about a month to get the bx result what about over there?
