my legs are red and brown blotches evrywhere

my best friend has hep c and this one time we got really close to having unprotected sex i didn;t know he had it and i told him maybe we should stop and get protection. the next time he wore protection but i we stopped cause i stared developing a rash a few days later im covered in these blotches all over my legs it doesnt itch nor does it hurt. could this be a sign?

I have been DX with hep c and beginning of cirrosis of liver.  yes I have some skin blotches ever since the thearpy of interferon and rib.in 2003 which did not work.  but my main concern is all the leg cramps they are so severe especially at night.  thanks candy

No, symtoms of hepc do not appear a few days later.  Acute hepc  generally makes you feel very sick - fever, fatigue flu like symtoms accompanied by jaundice (yellowing of the eyes and skin) . The most common form of transmission is blood to blood.  Protection is always recommended with casual sex due to STD's.  If you are concerned have a test done but I don't think it's necessary in your case.  We are not doctors but it sounds like you have some kind of rash or skin condition.  See a dermo for correct diagnosis of skin disorders.
