Hi Crankykk—
Good luck with the pathology results! Do you have a follow up scheduled to discuss them with the doctor yet?
If you like, ask for a hard copy of the results for your record. It will likely have a narrative section where they’ll discuss their findings, along with a summary that indicates grade of inflammation as well as grade of fibrosis. If it doesn’t have this section, you’ll want to ask your doctor to interpret the narrative. Also, their might be discussion about staining for iron as well as mention of steatosis, or fatty liver if notable.
This is also a good time to ask about treatment; this should give you and the doctor enough info to know how urgent therapy is. If little to no damage (fibrosis) is present, it might be advisable to wait for more efficacious treatment modalities.

While liver enzymes are dynamic and tend to vary from time to time, it’s always nice to know that they are down a bit. I’m not too sure how significant a drop like that is in the large picture, but it always made me smile regardless :o).
Good luck and let us know what you find—
