In any event from a strictly text book viewpoint yours are not elevated.
Tests have different ranges so you can't take the ALT and AST as absolute scores from one test to another. Usually, on your blood report it will give the normal range for that particular test and tell you whether your results fall inside or outside that range. If you didn't get that info, ask your doctor or nurse for it.

AST (SGOT) 10-35 U/L
