I'n not familiar with those test numbers, but I'd assume the NON refers to non-reactive to all tests and indicates that no antibodies were found, thus no exposure to the viruses ever happened.

Call your doctors office and ask either the doctor or the nurse.
Every time I get a lab, the nurse calls me with the results.

You deserve to know the answer and they are the ones to give it to you.

Anti-HAV IgG (CMIA) 12.150.  C.O.V 1.000 - reactive
Anti-HAV IgM (CMIA) 0.44.    C.O.V  .80. - non reactive
Anti-HBs (CMIA) 66.95    C.O.V 1.00 - reactive
HBsAG with titer (CMIA) 0.300 C.O.V 1.00 - non reactive
Anti-HCV (ECLIA) 0.117 C.O.V 1.00 - non reactive

You are Non Reactive to all of the hepatitises... meaning you don't have any of them.
