I think it's probably a side of tx. I say this because I too have had the same thing. But that's no guarantee and maybe you should get it checked out. The trouble is that if it is truly intermittent there is a good possibility that it won't occur during testing. I would recommend that, if nothing else, you get a BP cuff and check your pulse regularity and bp frequently and especially when you sense anything going on. And I wouldn't rule out the doctor. The trouble is he/she may suspend the tx while they determine what's going on. But that's better than a coronary event. I really don't think that's going to happen but it can. I wish you luck. Mike
Had irregular heartbeat within 4 weeks of starting Tx, freaked me out for 3 or 4 weeks then went away as suddenly, the funny thing is that it stopped the day the doc had me in for an EKG.... go figure
I have had this for about 10 years I had it checked out by a heart doc before I started tx. He said I had some electrical problems and an enlarged heart which is probably due to all my physical activity all my life. I find it is worse when I stress. He said it is nothing to worry about but to watch my blood pressure and see him annually. You should get it checked out.
Thanks, good points and well appreciated. I think I don't need to mention it to the doc now but I can monitor my blood pressure as you mentioned. I do feel good otherwise, well as good as one can on tx. lol. I do always have low blood pressure so I am not too worried. I see the doc on Sept 7th so if I need to fill him in I may then casually mention it. There is no way I'm going off tx for anything at this point. 6 month labs are next week. It's great to be able to get some info and shared experiences on this MB. Thanks to all of you. LL
Before tx my heart use to race when I watched Bay Watch, now it does nothing.
So sorry but very good humor. Are you going to the 100 year anniversary Harley fest this month? I live nearby and they are already seeting up buildings for the big event in Milwaukee.
I was thinking about it right before I found out about my HCV, well my thoughts kinda shifted into another gear, I was pretty bumbed out for awhile and when I started tx I difinitely forgot about that and everything else in the world, I will have to miss it. I heard there will be close to a million people this year. Do you live close enough to hear all that thunder comming down the highway, I guess if anyone is into Harley's that going to be the "BIG DANCE", - see ya- HD
