I think it could be one of a lot of things, see a doctor to find out. About 1 month after completing treatment, I started to have an issue with my palms / fingers (burning - touching paper is very hard, and redness). At first, doctors thought might be a fungus, but anti fungals did not work. then, tried a steroid, but it did not work. In my case, it is nerve damage (confirmed by symptoms, including more pain when cold) that restricts blood to the finger / palm. The nerve damage might be in my neck (not clear). There doesn't seem to be much that can be done (anti-depressens can help some people by affected nerves - but I'm not fond of such medication). Hopefully you have something treatable though.

I don't think so!
Fluid retention (ascites) in cirrhosis is caused by portal hypertension and low albumin.

Therapy is to treat the cause........no specific measures

The red palms (palmar erythma) are usually caused by fluid being retained - frequently there will also be a red band around the abdomen...
