stupid doctors

so I have been waiting for about a week and a half for the results of a blood test that was supposed to be done in three days then my amazing doctor received the blood test on Friday but it was her day off so shes going to let me know on Monday, this is the test that confirms if I have cleared the virus from my system or I am positive and need to start treatment so thank god she considered my peace of mind.... for being so smart doctors are pretty stupid sometimes.

Amazing! That's was her excuse... she wasn't looking for it? That's really, really lame. I would definitely change doctors. If you were my son, I would go an raise hell there! She needs some serious booty whooping...

I pray that the results will show you cleared it yourself. My daughters are your age, and one of them tested positive. Thank God no VL, she cleared it herself. She will have to get tested again in a few months to be 100% sure. I'm sure she contracted it at birth, so if she cleared it 18 years ago, she should be clear.

Good luck and keep us posted.

oh and not to mention I did blood work last January that clearly said I tested positive for HCV on the same page as the rest of the blood work results( I saw the copy of it a few days ago it was in plain english...) but didn't see it because she never asked for the HCV test so she wasn't looking for it...
