regulating body temps?

Hi group!  I am in my 6th week of treatment with interferon and ribavarin and I cannot seem to regulate my body temperature.  I am either too hot or too cold, but rarely normal.  I am also anemic from the Ribavarin and I wonder if that is why the body temp regulation problem has happened.  The two seemed to have coincided with one another.  Anybody else have this problem?

getn --- I would be sitting on the couch --- wrapped up from shoulders to ankles with an electric blanket on high because I was freezing with chills --- with a fan blowing in my face, because I was too hot --- and my feet on ice packs because they were burning up.

You're totally normal.

IFN takes a bite out of your normal bodily functions, including thinking clearly. LOL!

Hugs,

Meki

I'm not having any fevers, just either sweating by butt off or freezing my butt off.

your temperature is being regulated by the tx drugs....or NOT regulated...fevers up to 101 are common and normal with Interferon.
