Haha, good point, but perhaps he knew this Hep C Hand Expert person well?
In all seriousness though: the FDA reccomends using condoms/protection if the people involved have multiple sex partners, and for the first year twopeople have agreed to be in a monogamous relationship. After the first year of monogamy, the FDA says we dont need to use protection, becuz the incidents of Hep being passed from one partner to the other, is so rare.
For instance, I know tons of women, who have been married for over 20 yrs, and never gave Hep C to their spouses, and the same stast exists, for men not giving it to their spouses.

How long does the Hepatitis C virus survive outside the body?
The Hepatitis C virus can survive outside the body at room temperature, on environmental surfaces, for at least 16 hours but no longer than 4 days

Your penis would have to have an open cut on it, and her cut finger would have to bleed into your penis cut...so unlikely.
No risk at all. The only scenario remotely possible would be if you had a cut on finger and inserted into body cavity when blood was present.
What is this world coming to, cant even feel safe with a hand job :-)
Best of luck
