I just get so impatient and fretful at times. I see we are the fortunate ones riding a crest of a wave of SVR to come. It just seems like a dream. I think I may be overwhelmed and it's shot night for me. Serenity now. Yikes.
Oh yeah this forum is full of us that have got SVR from these two new drugs, myself i did the VIC............ Good luck
I am not sure about the question. If you are referring to members of this forum than I would say there probably aren't very many yet. If you are referring to the general situation then yes, there are plenty. The FDA wouldn't have approved the drug for general use without substantial research history with a relatively high n and 75% of those acheiving SVR.
The only SVR's you will see now is from a clinical trial. These drugs werent approved for the general public until May.You wont see any until around may of next year. You will see alot of SVR's then !!!!! cindy
Yes. Completed tx in a clinical trial for telaprevir in 2009. SVR for two years. 24 wks of tx. And I know of others who just probably aren't around here this weekend.
You will find a few that went through the trials that are SVR but the drugs have only been approved for the general public since may so you wont be seeing more SVR's until around may of next year.
in the clinical trials there are a few thousand that have reached SVR with telaprevir and boceprevir. the triple therapies were only approved by the FDA in May. the minimum treatment time is six months, and then we wait for six months and check to see if we are still undetected. the first SVR after approval will come June 2012.
