Well, what-ever you do, don't have even one glass of wine, while pregnant and with Hep C. Drinking alcohol when you have Hep C can be very bad for your liver.
I didn't have any side effects until 30 years later when I began to have liver damage and ended up with cirrhosis. Then I had joint paint, fatigue and digestive discomfort.
I think most people do not have side effects for many years and for that reason a lot of us did not get tested or treated until we started feeling the effects of the damage.
You have time, but do stay on top of monitoring your health and when your child is older and the new drugs are available for treatment, I highly recommend you jump on it and get rid of it before it becomes the dragon so many of us have been fighting off.
What are the most common side affects of having gep c?

This is a good link to begin with.
I had four children and breastfed them all while infected and my children grew up virus free and healthy. However there are rare cases where the infant is infected as well.
Educate yourself about the best ways to stay healthy and learn about the treatments that are becoming available over the next few years. They are a lot easier in terms of side effects and effectiveness.
You have time, enjoy!
All the best.
Good luck to you.
