state aid to medicaid

i will be switching  to medicare from state aid . has anyone had a problem with medicare covering tx?  i made my nurse practitioner aware ,but shes going on vacation . Its   late  april     medicaid is active on  june first . how much paper work [{ or time }is needed for transition .? if any at all.  i live in RI .

i did tx while on state aid. Look up what medicare will cover...are you eligible for medicaid as well?
I think there may be a problem if you ever did tx and it did not work, was pulled off of it....not sure at all but someone may know from experience.

I think i have read on forums where people with medicare got tx...
Depending upon how much you are making, you may be able to get on the free med programs by the makers of the tx?
Do a search on it.
