I have cirrhosis and take Centrum Silver that has no iron with my Dr.s OK. The Vitamin E in the multi vitamin is minimal but I stopped my Vit. E supps prior to treatment.

I have Hep C but not cirrhosis.  Centrum Silver is also what I use...has no iron.

I take a generic equivalent to Centrum Silver; I get them from Sam’s club; they’re called ‘Mature Multi’ from ‘Member’s Mark’; no iron, and they cost about $U.S.12.00 per 400 count bottle. They do contain 50 IU vitamin E; I’m still alive, though :o). I'm late stage 3/early stage 4.

I guess the centrum silver and it's clones must be the only non-iron multi out there, since we all found it.  If' it's a vitamin designed for older folks (Not that I ain't silver myself), why do you suppose healthy seniors should not take iron?

centrum silver  and all the commericial brands are garbage...chocked with fillers....there are better out there

Probiotic Nourishment
All of our vitamin and mineral supplements are cultured in probiotics – the healthy bacteria every body needs – transforming each nutrient into a whole-food complex your body easily recognizes and absorbs. Probiotics promote immune protection, help to eliminate toxins, enhance digestion and create a healthy internal environment.* Our culturing process literally creates millions of these beneficial compounds.

Vitamin Shoppe - Ultimate Mens Formula. I take a half dose (1 pill) I think we overdo it with the vitamins, and I eat a healthy diet.

I use Essential Iron Free vitamins by Megafood which I buy online from Vitacost.com They are food based which appeals to me.
Its important to use an iron free vitamin no matter which one you choose.

BTW: I cut them in half with a pill splitter and only take half at a time.
