week 4 labs?

Hey everyone, Got my labs for week 4.. They are as follow:

Ast 42
Alt 88
WBC 2.1
RBC 5.0
Hemoglobin 15.1
Absolute nutrophils 636
absolute eosinophils 2

Well, my ALT went down.. Week 2 it was at 116.. When I started, it was at only 63. WBC also dropped alittle more, and hemoglobin and RBC.. Dr told me not to worry, and I do not get another lab till week 8. With my WBC still showing a drop, should I request a lab sooner?? She told me that the neutrophils would normally cause a reason for alarm, and lower dose if below 750.. Now, the range is lower..
As far as sides, I feel pretty good. Been real naseus last few days, and pain in center of chest, but pretty good.
My wife lost her job, so we lost our health insurance.. I have a back up policy on myself, so I'm waiting to see if I get approval. Dr seemed very positive. Waiting game begins.. I am just worried about WBC, and the limbo between labs.. What do you think??

your labs seem fine and if your ANs go back up by themselves, you'll sail through:)  Sorry about the insurance problem, tat must be so stressful - I'm wishing you a positive outcome and a great new career opportunity for your wife.

Thanks everyone. Did shot 5(?) last night.. I don't know, fog is rolling in.. I am not real concerned, main concern is getting insurance squared away. Doc told me that for her to be concerned, it would have dropped more. She feels that it will stabilize and level out.
Thanks, hope evryone is doing well, and cruising along.

I'm on week 14 and my neutrophil count dropped initially and has come back up.  My red cells and platelets creep downwards pretty slowly, but the white cells are doing better than I expected based on my initial lab work.  I'd go with your doc's advice myself.  That said, I feel strongly in the power of gut feelings, and if you think you need to be followed more closely, it's certainly your right to demand it!

I think you should feel pretty good. As long as you keep an eye on the neutrophils and get your insurance worked out everything seem like it's going well. Good luck. Mike

wait.
the neutrophils come back on their own many times. I can't believe your Hgb! mine dropped like a rock in water, early on, but neutrophils lowered then held well until month 16, then went back up in month 18. hang in there. I did not get earlier tests done when neutrophils dropped. My NP was not concerned enough to request more frequent ones.
