I have interferon/ribavirin; alinia (because I asked for it); neupogen for low white blood cell count.  All covered by BCBS.

I have Kaiser insur. They will cover all ,the catch is any inject. medications have a 250. per month co-pay. Outragious!! I am going through the pharmi. company to pick up the injectables.

Humana covers all of the drugs but involves co-pays.  I am still pretty happy to pay $50 for a $1500 shot of neulasta (one of the rescue drugs for when your neutrophils get too low).
