Hep C (HCV) is generally an asymptomatic disease. Most of us aren’t aware we’re infected until we’re told so by our doctors. If swollen lymph nodes and peripheral neuropathy are symptoms, I’ve never heard of them.
The only way to really know is to request a HCV antibody screening test.
HCV is transmitted by blood to blood contact, and isn’t easily transmissible via sexual contact.

I've had swollen glands in my neck for so long, I don't even notice them any more... must be because I've been infected for 25 years (aprox). You can also get numbness in your fingers if you hyperventilate which we tend to do when we are really stressed about something... like discovering we have hep c. Try taking some long, slow, deep breaths... making sure you exhale everything you inhale. If that doesn't help, you should talk to your doctor about it for sure.
I have had what I thought was swollen glands in my neck for as long as I can remember. Turns out that it is muscles with knots in them, even had one pea sized thing biopsied. My grandfather had lymphoma so I was concerned.
Is hep c something that you are diagnosing or did your doctor mention it? Good luck

I was diagnosed a few weeks ago now that i know what i have i realize i've had quite a few of the symptoms already ,fatigue, nausa ,headache off and on but ,this is a new one for me ! i've deffinatly been stressed,,w/ this diagnoses,,but this has been persistant and quite annoying to say the least!!
ok went for my ultrasound which came back normal and my liver enzyme test was normal guess these symptoms were more like chestpain and numbness in finger and toes which r symptoms, still have to go to see what genyotype and viralload i have ..what does it mean if ur just a carrier ??doc said i might just be a carrier ???
I had swollen lymph nodes when I first found out I had hep c.
yes swollen lymph nodes and tingling are associated with HCV. I had the swollen lymph nodes until I treated. Lymph nodes enlarge when a virus invades the body. It is part of our immune defence.
The tingling could be from insulin resistance which also is common with hcv.
well turns out my swollen lymph nods were caused buy an abscess tooth which took about a week to feel the pain in my actuall tooth funny how ur mind wonders when you don't really know whats wrong !!! still have to go for my blood work for viral load and genyo type ,,just been putting it off for this week ...
funny what you said about the mind. I remember feeling and seeing everything once I was diagnosed and the panic set in. Took me a couple of weeks to realize I was just stressing.
