severe knee pain - side?

I heard that one of the sx can be joint pain but can it be in just one joint?  I have severe knee pain for the 1st time ever, no swelling. It woke me up on and off all night. It is the only one knee. How do you know when it is a side or something else?  I am hoping it is just a bad dad been crying since morning. I am doubting everything, I do not know if I can do this 8 more months but feel like a big baby.

Thanks!  My knee is much better not prefect but bettter.  I am curious to see if it happens again after my next hot.

I think I just had riba meltdown day.  It was the worst day since being on TX.  I felt much better the next day even though still had the severe knee pain.

I am going to try to rmake myself  post if I feel I am going to have a   meltdown.   (Hopefully I will not have one again) This site has been a godsend. Friends can be supportive but it is not the same as others who have experienced this crazyness.

I get tinnitis after my Fri. night shot. It is like a buzzing in my head and as the weeks progresses it gets less and less.

I recently had a pain in my foot but my chiropractor said my cuneform came out. With 2 adjustments he put it back in. I had changed shoes and my new ones didn't give me enough support. I went home and wrapped it. He said no ice or heat. If it comes out come back.

Hi - I take the antidepressants, now that I am more clear headed ( that clarity is definately on a scale) I agree lack of sleep and riba can do probably do me in on some days. I think the crying was riba day plus the anxiety of thinking that someting else was going wrong and that I that my sick days only covered the hep.  I should have posted that morning to ask everyone. This site and everyones support has been a lifeline.  Friends can be suppported but it is not the same. I am going to make it a future rule for myself to post before freaking out.

The Dr. said I was not to to take motin only tynelol.  I am going to call him today and ask for the things that you suggested.  Your help is much appreciated.

I had left hip pain. Just one hip, just one area and it was extremely annoying. It interfered with sleep and I began to wonder if it was the "bone" pain people refer to. I asked my PA and she said it was a side of tx. Nothing I would ever order.
"I'll take a hep c tx with a side of hip pain to go!"
But like T says, the symptoms wax and wane, come and go, you're just overwhelmed by pain and lack of sleep and rest. Have you tried advil or motrin or any other anti-inflammatory?
Some dr's are willing to prescribe stronger pain meds, are you on an anti-depressant? Dr's also use those to deal with the side effects of pain (feeling depressed!)
Good luck, hang in there, this is a feel beeter soon

It seems right after my Friday night injection that I get a severe knee pain and it last over the weekend. Just in one knee though. I mean, it hurts bad enough sometimes that it's extremely difficult to walk up and down stairs. But then it fades by the beginning of the week. It wasn't like that in my early treatment. I've just noticed it a couple months ago. I don't know if it's related to my treatment or old age. I do know from Friday night thru wed I have joint pains but they're bearable. Hang in there!  I've found over the past 10 months side effects come and go, wax and wane. You've already got over the hard part..   starting treatment. You'll do all right! Take care.
