These scientists are the tops in their fields of study -   exploring the science of living longer, and Reservatrol is one of the substances they were talking about...the pro's and cons...it's antiviral, antifungal, blah blah blah, well, it's promising to be one of the best things out there, it's the reason why red wine is so good for health (not the alcohol, it's this substance)

So, can we dissolive it in water and pretend it is red wine?

I was always (and I emphasize the was) a white wine drinker anyways.  I knew red wine was supposed to be more beneficial, but I wasn't drinking it for health anyways.  ha ha.

Its always nice to see doctors looking into natural approaches. I wish they would teach more of this at the med schools though. More and more conventional doctors are accepting info such as this, but there are still many MD's that roll their eyes at you if you mention any natural approaches or studies.

My PCP is an internist but holistic. Its so nice to go to a doctor that has "Life Extension" magazine in his waiting room.
