Hepc treatment

Just finished solvaldi - semiprovir treatment. Successful!  No virus dectected last two tests.

Viral load started 1.4 million
1st week 1,440
2nd week 35
3rd week lest than 25
4th week undetected

8th and 12 weeks undetected.

Some side effects. Fatigue sometimes. Susceptible to sunburn.

I was in a drug trial so didn't have to pay.

An unbelievable experience. I am so fortunate.

Congrats and here's to hoping you reach SVR in another 12 weeks. Like Patra said, it's like climbing steps. Meanwhile, take care and stay undetected.

Hi and welcome to the forum.   You just finished 12 weeks of Hepatitis C treatment?   If this is correct then in 12 more weeks you will be tested to see if you have obtained "SVR" (sustained viral response).  SVR mean you are technically "Cured of Hepatitis C"

Let us know the results of your 12 week post treatment viral load test.

Best to you
