Remember, a few blood test do NOT really tell you of the true condition of your disease and your liver's condition. Please talk to your doctor(s)! Have them tell you what they know, where you are in the disease and what your prognosis is. What your treatment options are. You must be your own best advocate. If for some reason your doctor and you can't communicate. Find another doctor. It's your life. Take responsibility for it. The reason I'm telling you this, is that I learned this the hard way myself.
All the best.
Cheers!

for viral load, anything over 600,000 is considered high and that number can go up
to over 70 million. it makes a difference in treatment, but not much.
alt, anything over 20 or 30 means your liver is running bad.
you are only a little out of tune as it can go into the thousands.
