thanks for you support and encouraging words. My gastro said that about 2 weeks post tx I will be back to the same old guy that I used to be.....what? I asked him, "Is that the BEST you can do"?
I just hope I can get back to work at my old job with a high level of concentration and an eye for detail. My wife has worked 2 jobs to make ends meet. My elderly mom has helped me at least keep my mortgage paid. The women in my life has been a lifesaver. I must be loved.
Thanks to all of you,

Just FYI --- 3 months post TX I felt worse than when I was on TX...
BUT --- now almost 6 months post.... YAHOOO - the sun is shining, the birds are singing - salt tastes like salt --- and chicken smells good.
My bones still ache - my head still swims --- but I'm 85% better just recently... And I can feel that I'll be getting even better soon...
So - hang in there.. It's almost over. It just seems like a long looooooooooooooooong way away.
