Seeking stress management tips

I'm waiting for my sixth month EOT tests which are not til April and I'm pretty stressed. This week is really bad for some reason.

Can anyone help with stress management tips? What are you doing while you wait? Yoga, walks, massage? What are you telling yourselves? What kind of positive messages are going on inside your head?  Are you putting sticky notes on your mirrors so you can read them whenever you brush your teeth or look at the hair that you have left? : )

April seems so far away . . .

thanks, rk

In that case I reminded myself often that I was in best possible
situation ever since I was diagnosed. That usually cheered me up.
Don`t underestimate the power of a nice change of environment.
I was forced to travel during and right after tx and it felt like I was
leaving a cocoon every time .It helped putting things back in perspective.

Thanks Bali05

I'm thinking about this a bit more and I figure I know all the physical things I can do - walks, admire the sunset, etc. and they help.

What I have a harder time with is the positive self-talk. Reminding myself that I did everything I could during treatment, that I'm strong, that I have an 80% chance of clearing, etc.

Too often I fall into the negative, glass half empty talk. I can't seem to break that cycle.

A change of environment often helps. If you can go on a trip.
