VL/UD

hey folks, the result from my final test was UD!.. That was the 3 month after last pills.. EOT..

awesome the ALT and AST are normal..!!!!

they were a little high, in the 40's for  the past 15 years..

Odd thing though, the results came back fast, overnight. When did they make a VL  test so fast?
I had no idea that could be done so quick. In the past I would have the blood test and wait 4 or 5 days (years ago it was over a week)  to call them, or they call me.

Now with the new on line hospital records  portal I got an e mail the next morning, Friday the 21st
I logged on and there were my tests.. the CBC's

My Dr. appointment and blood taken late in the afternoon on the Thurs  the  20th
and these are the dates on my tests

Nov 20, 2014
Aspartate Amino Transf (AST/SGOT)
21 IU/L

Nov 20, 2014
Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT/SGPT)
25 IU/L

Then later in the afternoon of the 21st  I got a second e mail saying i have new "activity" and when I logged on the HCV was in..

Date of Last Result
Nov 21, 2014

Hepatitis C RNA Quantitative (PCR)    Undetected IU/mL

modern medicine making advancements saving lives..

Oh and i am still gaining weight little by little and feeling much better over all. I have a little more stamina..as in I can go do some errands, grocery, get gas, bank etc.. and not come home and totally lay down and cry in fatigue and pain. yeahhhhhhh! but I Still have the chronic pain syndrome. and  still on pain meds....I hope as i get more and more nutrition and weight back my muscles and joints and tendons will stop the stabbing throbbing feeing bruised and battered and strained/pulled feeling.

why that started is still a mystery

..i would like to find an answer to this "fibromyalgia" CFS issue that started so suddenly a few years ago..

best to you all!

Happy Thanksgiving!

Congratulations Dragon Slayer! It takes a long to feel better, but it is easier knowing that the dragon is dead. I thought I had liver pain after Tx too, I had no idea why. I think the digestive system has to go through changes with the liver changing for the better, hang in there.—Woo Hoo!—Sandi
