Hi for me, since I could not read I was listening to calming music and I also stopped all negative TV. I figured I have always heard negative in negative out so while I was in a precarious position I would protect myself.
Right now everything seems bright, loud, fast however it is improving. I am going for short slow walks well covered as med can make you photosensitive.
Thank you for this question. I am taking it one day at a time, one step at a time. At least I am still here though not jumping out of my skin. It has been about 12 days since I finished Incivek and I can feel calmer
Thank you
Dee

In the car, I listen to spa music, very peaceful, keeps me from having anxiety while driving...sometimes!
Television, commercials, violence and anything loud is out for me while on tx. Should really consider keeping up these new listening habits, I'm sure it would be a lot better for my brain!

The "passionate intensity" of thrash melded to "nice soft music".

But then again I listened to Offspring, Foo Fighters, and Red Hot Chili Peppers sometimes too.
I listed to jazz sometimes, especially the old stuff.
And the blues, Blues Brother's style is always good.
Things that are too slow put me to sleep.
Even on tx, there are different days with differing moods.
Sometimes I flip through the radio stations until something appeals.
Billy Idol ; > Helps to release the extreme irritation that sometime builds up!!! I sneer and shake my fist and feel so much better. ; >
