HI MYOWN!!!!!  :)

In searching I saw a few things.....

This link....read the last part of it!
http://www.world66.com/asia/southeastasia/philippines/lib/health/hepatitisc

And what is this treatment? Never heard of it ??

Zadaxin previously was approved in the Philippines for the treatment of both hepatitis C and hepatitis B.

Is that an old treatment drug? Just curious.

Ho protos....

not sure where you are there but I came up with these centers in the Philippines.
Can't get a couple of the links to work tho.

Philippine Society of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (PSMID) (Philippines) www.rxpinoy.com/medsoc.html

Cebu Center for Infectious Diseases, Cebu City, PHILIPPINES

University of San Carlos, Cebu City, Philippines; M.D.,

Center for Liver Diseases, St. Luke’s Medical Center, 279 E. Rodriguez Sr. Blvd. Quezon City, 1102 Philippines.

Good luck, if you don't find one, post back.

Thank you very much.
It's been a while since I checked this site.
You've been very helpfull.

I will try your advice but unfortunately i have to wait for sometime to earn money for the treatment.
And I only hope and pray to God that those drugs and treatment you are using there in America will also be available here in the Philippines.
Thanks, God bless you all...

Dr. D hasn't replied any posts for over a month, I wouldn't try my luck there at the moment. Especially with The Liver Meeting coming up end of the month, I think anyone posting a question now, would have to wait a very long time...

If you post your question to Dr. Dieterich in the "Expert Forum," he will probably be able to give you the name of a doctor in the Phillipines.

You should find a good hepatologist in your country. The easiest way is to probably ask around in the Philippines. You can check which doctors are teaching hepatology at the big universities/university hospitals. They usually are the best. Maybe you can find a list of top doctors somewhere...

As to treatment drugs, you can maybe call Roche. They fabricate the Pegasys and Copegus.

    *  Roche (Philippines) Inc.
      2252 Don Chino Roces Avenue
      1231 Makati City
      Philippines
    * +63 2 8934567
    * +63 2 8933030

Hope this was of some help.
