Diarrhea

Dear Doctor,

My mother has diarrhea very bad every day where she is nervous about going places.  She just had a colonoscopy and an Upper GI, and both tests came back okay so far, but the diarrhea is very, very bad.  What can you suggest she take for it, or what else do you think this could be?  She is very frustrated that they are unable to find any problems, yet obviously there is something still wrong.  If this helps, when she's hungry, she feels very sick to her stomach until she eats.  The Specialist did notice some blood going between the small and large bowel duct and thought it was Crohn's Disease, but again, the tests showed nothing wrong.
