4 months post hernia surgery

myhernia
have lost 18 lbs have no appetite and have constant low grade nausea,  I have bloating and terrible gas whenever I eat  I have to eat small meals which is common I'm sure..CT scan showed mild divertiulosis and a small hernia..   Anyone else have these symptoms.  Im so tired of feeling bad all the time.
