so the test u did which came up negative was 6 month after the last sexual encounter??
If you are this worried, you should see an eye specialist, even if it means making an appointment yourself without a referral.
I'm sorry, but this will be the last post on this thread. I don't think there is much more I can do to help you with this issue.

my concern is my eyes ive never had problems with my eyes before until i started dating this guy like a month ago i had all the symptoms of herpes fever tingling itching...my eyes are going blurry they keep getting swollen i think this is just too coincidental dont u? those results was from a year ago i havent been tested recently since my doctor refused to do the test. Im really worried about my eyes.
I would believe the HSV IgG results that you had done. Many things can cause your vision to periodically change, anything from dry eye syndrome to allergies. Please don't jump to the conclusion that you have herpes in your eyes and are going to go blind when the test results indicate that you likely have no herpes at all.
You should not be worried about HIV at all. And I really don't want you to worry anymore about herpes. As you said, your anxiety about this seems to be quite consuming for you, but without any apparent evidence that you need to worry. Sometimes, STD fears are like this. You get a symptom that you just decide, in spite of all good evidence, that you're infected with an STD. I think its about the social stigma of sex and the related diseases. Please try to believe your test results.

and ive only kissed this guy nothing more...i also got tested for hiv at that time which came back negative should i be worried about that too???
this has caused me extreme anxiety its taking a toll on me.
Ive only been with one person sexually which was about a year ago six months after the relationship ended i went to the doctor and she said it looked like i had herpes which is what prompted me to get tested i also tested for hsv-1 and when i went back for my results she told me i was negative after that i had no sexual contact at all no kissing nothing....about a month ago i started dating this guy and i experienced tingling all over my face which itches from time to time i also felt sick one day and then i noticed these bumps in my mouth they dont hurt not even when i touch them so i went to the doctor he told me it didnt look like herpes i asked him to test me for it but he refused i pretty much begged and he still wouldnt do it but my eyes started bothering me my vision will go blurry and my itches sometimes but mainly the blurry vision and sometimes they hurt...i told my doctor about my eyes all he did was have me read some letters off a chart i asked him for a referral to a eye doctor but he wouldnt give me one. When i got the thing that looks like a boil down there i experienced tingling however when i looked it was already there i called my former doctor today who did my herpes test over a year ago and i asked what test was used and she tested me using the igg test...im really stressed out i dont know what to do i think im going to go blind is there any way to avoid this? All these symptoms have me concerned when i told my current doctor about the bump down there and how it recurs around the same area he just said its probably herpes he wouldnt even look at it...but when i did the igg test it was six months after my possible exposure...should i be worried or am i being paranoid?
OK, so let me see if I have this straight. You tested negative for HSV 2, did you test negative also for HSV 1? Your anus hurting and a couple of bumps do not translate into genital herpes. The tingling on your face and any eye problems have nothing to do, likely, with HSV 2. Most herpes of the eye is HSV 1, not HSV 2. Did you also test negative for HSV 1? Was your test a swab test or blood antibody test? Please answer my questions and I can help you more, OK?
