Transmit through saliva

So I had let my boyfriend finger me with saliva, after shaving my "happy trail" I got a few slightly spaced out pink bumps located on my lower stomach. At first I was positive it was after shaving but now I feel as though I'm second guessing myself. My boyfriend did not have a herpes breakout at the time anywhere on his body, but I'm scared something transferred from him fingering me with saliva. Should I be concerned with herpes, or any STD?

At this point, you have been answered fully.  Sincerely doubtful that your boyfriend has an std from birth.  If concerned, get an std screening which can be done at through your regular doctor, Planned Parenthood or any clinic. Take your boyfriend with you to Planned Parenthood or a clinic and he can be tested at the same time.   We are now closing this thread.  Good luck to you.

You don't have NGU.

It is OK to be concerned about STIs/STDs. But if you are then you mutually test. You can then proceed with confidence.

From time to time, women experience UTIs associated with sexual activity. This is to be expected and dealt with at the time.

But was my behavior likely to be the cause of an NGU.

Yes it is impossible.

But there is no need for concerns. Both you and your partner should mutually test for STDs/STIs before proceeding further.

Should I be concerned for NGU?

No there is no risk here of an STD or STI from this activity. The spots do not sound like a STD.

I'm sorry i've just been very nervous lately, but thanks for your quick response. Is it really like impossible for me to contract herpes this way, because I've been extremely scared about this for a while now
