Is it easy to transfer herpes from your genitals to mouth and eyes also or is this considered rare?

I doubt it. I would get it swabbed to be on the safe side though. A walk in clinic can do it same day. The sooner the better.

The sore is right on the top of my urethra. It's one pimple looking sore, i seem to be able to squeeze it out but I'm having no pain unless i urinate. My eyes are both bloodshot and swelled up which is also concerning. I got the results back for clymadia and gonareah and both negatives. Could this be herpes ?

Some is definitely coming out the sore also when I squeeze but it keeps coming back. The sore doesn't hurt at all when i touch it, just stinging a lot during urination. Are these typical symptoms of herpes?

Describe the sore. Did the discharge come from the sore or the urethra?

Won't let me type a new question so I'll continue here.....
I have a sore on the tip of my penis, sometimes a small amount of yellow discharge has come out. I originally thought this was gonareah/clymadia. I had 2 antibiotic shots at the doctors to treat this but the pain and symptoms still remain 5 days later. Both my eyes are also bloodshot and sore. It's becoming a very annoying problem. Waiting on test results for gonareah and clymadia on Monday but that was all I got rested for and have a feeling that will come back negative.
Does this sound like herpes at all?
