18 and i think i have herpes

First off, i already made an appointment to get checked but for the time being, i need someones opinion, im really nervous... So me and my boyfriend have been together for a year now, and a few months ago on november we broke up for 2 weeks & during those 2 weeks i had unprotected sex with a guy i knew, a few days after that, i got back with my boyfriend., 3 months later i got this boil/blister looking thing right between where the inside of my thigh & vagina lips meet, it was painful then it went away, but it keeps coming back & going away. Then last week my boyfriend & i got into a bad argument (almost broke up) and he said "i think you gave me and infection, go get yourself checked." i went to see him today and he told me he was sick, he had flu like symptoms and he felt like throwing up...i think this is herpes what do you guys think? :(

It's a possibility. Im.not convinced it is by what you describe. I'm actually betting against it. Definitely keep your appointment and if the sore comes back then get it looked at and swab tested. Have them do a blood test. Igg only. Make sure you tell them that and don't let them talk you into an igm test. The igm is useless
