with someone i noticed a small pimple on the base of my shaft. there was a hair growing out of it so i thought that it had to be a pimple or infected hair follicle
. I popped it and a little white stuff came out. it made a small scab. it did not itch and only hurt when touched. a couple days later i noticed another bump on the other side of my penis
hair. I am really worried and think i might have herpes because this is the second bump to appear on my **** in a week. this new bump is alone does not itch and only hurts to the touch. pls help me. does this sound like herpes for sure?
This sounds like irritated/infected hair follicles, just as you suspect. So no, it doesn't sound like herpes, but only an exam/testing can confirm or deny your actual herpes status. Did the person you had sex with have herpes? Do you know your own herpes status?
I just found I have it this week. Looked like a few pimples popped up. They are kind of white head looking but red irritation surrounding. I now feel like anything that pops up on your junk could be herpes because there are so many different responses from people. Mine arent sore unless i push on them and they dont itch or hurt otherwise. The fluid in one of them was more clear. You just know when you look at it for the first time. I would go get tested. Im pretty devistated now. Hope you are OK. Ill just never be the same.
thank you for commenting guys. there was only fluid in the first one. the bigger bump went down now and did not turn into an open sore like i have seen on so many picture. it does have a small scab on it though. herpes will usually leave a open sore for a few days if not longer correct? i still have no itching or any other symptoms. so far there are no other bumps/lesions. i am going to get tested on tuesday.
i was tested a couple months back for everything and came up clean. i was with the same partner for a long time who was also clean. this just popped up after i had sex with one person. i have notified this person and they said that they were clean.
clean is when you shower regularly. it has nothing to do with std status. odds are that your recent partner has never been tested for herpes and you can't even be sure of their std status either. Folks have been programmed to say that they are "clean" regardless of any testing they've had done.
at this point you need to call monday and make an appointment to be seen if you are concerned about these. they don't really sound like herpes but rule out other causes. if the sex you had recently was unprotected, be sure to follow up properly with std testing at the appropriate intervals.
