oral sex - white dot

Hi Dr.

First of all, this site is amazing and I'm very happy to have found it.

My situation:
I received oral sex from someone the other night with no visible mouth sores or herpes/lesions etc.  I've read in other posts that the likelihood of getting HSV-1 is minimal with this type of exposure and that HSV-2 is even more minimal still.  I have however noticed a very very very small white dot under the head of my penis that is freaking me out.  I'm worried that it might be herpes but it looks more like a pimple (though it won't pop).  It's been there for about 2.5-3 days at least (I received the oral sex 3.5 days ago).  It might have been there before and I'm just paying attention to it now though.

1. Does this sound like an initial symptom?
2. I may have had a cold sore when I was younger and I'm sure I made out with someone who has had them at some point in their life.  This decreases my chances of getting HSV-1 on my genitals correct?
3. Would the most conservative course of action be to abstain from sex with anyone else for about 10 days?
4. If the white dot doesn't evolve should I just forget about it and move on with my life?

Thank you kindly.

1. No
2. Yes
3. No. The most conservative course of action would be for you to forget about examining your genitalia with microscropic scrutiny. To you, that probably seems like the most radical course of action, though.
