Oral Sex with sores

Hello,
I had so sores started to appear last year from prolong masturbation. So, I know those sores are because of masturbation but three months ago I received a protected oral sex from a sex worker for more than half an hour
I rubbed her vagina with my hand and I'm sure I touched my penis with the same hand after I finished. In the same day I had rash down there and my sores were itchy and there was  a liquid on the surface. I still have the sores and feel rash in the area. I have an appointment with my DOC tomorrow but I couldn't sleep thinking about it. what is the chance of getting HIV? Herpes?
Please answer me as I'm so desperate.

you are  + for hsv1 like most adults are. this is most likely oral herpes whether you can recall ever having had a cold sore or not in the past.

your hsv2 is negative.

It can take more than a week until you see results from antifungals. they don't work over night!!

So, I went to a dermatologist, he said could be fungus and he gave me Daktacort which I used twice now but can't tell if it works but the itching is still there, I feel like some insects walking on my penile skin. I did STD blood test and waiting for the results this Monday. Do you think blood test is enough to show if there's any herpes infection as well? the dermatologist told me it is, but I read some posts discussing the swap test in addition to blood one.

you should follow up with a dermatologist for your skin issues, not for any std risk from this encounter. protected oral sex is as safe as it gets!!  Many skin issues can cause symptoms. Be sure when you masturbate you use a good sex lube too - saliva and body lotions aren't recommended.

In one of your replies to other topics you said that STD is site specific. The rash I have in the penile shaft. Is that something to worry about?

One last question and sorry for any inconvenience caused. The sores are moist some times and large flaky skin appears overtime does that points to any serious symptoms?

You had no risk but if you want a test do it for herpes at 8 weeks as a good indicator or 3 months for conclusiveness but its really not necessary.
