honestly im not entirely sure what oral herpes would be like my lips never look like the ones in the pictures for oral cold sores, but since i was a child my lip rips open like 2 or three times a year, is that like a cold sore?
Do you have oral cold sores? If so then this was zero risk for herpes.
As it is, the scrotum almost never is a suitable site for a primary infection of herpes. You are right, the condom gave you great protection and there is no need to suspect herpes.
