Am I infected by HSV or any other STD's if I had oral sex?

Yesterday I had "oral sex" with my partner, so far it's all good, but today when I woke up I found a one, small, non painful sore in my mouth (besides my tooth). My partner has no symptoms to be infected with HSV (not sure about that) does that means that it's for sure he has HSV and  I got it from him, or it maybe just a coincidence. Also, is there is any test can I do to check.

Please I need answer I'm so terrified

Hsv rarely has lesions inside the mouth. Even more telling is you woke up with it. No std especially not herpes reacts this quickly. It takes days for lesions to start to form. This is nothing to worry about from an STD standpoint
