Anal fissure or herpes from one time protected encounter

Hello,
12 days ago I had protected anal sex with a trans sex worker(I was the receiver). Today on the 12th day I found a small cut near my anus. I do have hemorrhoids and ibs so right before I found this cut was wiping a lot after a bowl movement. The cut is small and looks just like a small cut down the folds of the anus. No red base no blister just a cut. However since I had this high risk encounter my mind is racing. How often do herpes lesions show up as cuts? Would it show up as a single cut? Or would there be multiple? Also, what are my chances this is herpes from the encounter I described. I have not done anything like this in many years so I feel like an idiot now. Any info would greatly help. Thank you

Andrew, you already know my answer, right?

You had protected anal sex. The chances are really low that this would be herpes, but if you are concerned, you need to get it checked.

Also, protected anal is not high risk. Unprotected is, but that's not what you did.

I understand. From what I can see it looks like a typical anal fissure. Doesn’t look anything like herpes. Also, does not bother me much at all. Mainly just when wiping too hard. I think from the looks of it and the symptoms as well as you letting me know about my low risk that this is most likely just an anal fissure. I appreciate your feedback as always.
