Herpes or hiv risk. Please help.

Hi, I'm a 23 yo male. This morning I was engaged in a non sexual encounter. Went to a csw.
She was bare with no clothes on. She sat on my lap with her back facing me. There was rubbing between our genitals but with my clothes on. I kissed her on the upper body and around the neck/face with no mouth to mouth contact. I was touching her during, but not specifically her genitals. She had my leg between hers but not for more than a minute. Until this point, I had my clothes on.
After this, I took my pants down till my thighs and received a mutual masturbation with a condom on. She was sitting next to me until the end from here.  This was the only time where my genitals were in contact with her hands.
My worry is, if could acquire hsv or hiv from hand to genital contact or if she touched her genitals sometime in the process  before touching me or that i touched her nipples before and then touched my penis. I didn't suck her nipples anytime, just a wet kiss  on her lower back once.

So, There was rubbing between genitals with my clothes on - kissing around neck and face (no lips)  - a wet kiss on lower back - mutual masturbation with condom on. Is there risk of std here. Should I get tested? Please help.

Can you suggest a way where I can avoid such behavior?
I'm single and can't easily talk to people. I don't like it and don't think this is my path in life. I'm a bit guilty after all this and won't continue again.
Thanks a lot in advance friend

There's no way you have herpes. None of the other regulars on this forum is likely to have a different opinion about it. I'm trying to reassure you -- you should try to accept it and move on!

Also, I had touched her around her buttocks before masturbating. Could that transfer HSV assuming she was shedding?

I believe there has to be a direct skin to skin contact in order to acquire hsv. Isn't it? You say there could in theory be a risk. Based on my situation, could it be genitally or orally? I'm nervous about this. Am I safe or will any symptoms show up?
Also, I didn't notice any sores externally around her lips or mouth. And don't think she specifically touched her genitals during the encounter. There was rubbing and movement between our genitals. But I had my pants on during that time of genital contact. Please try and evaluate.

Thanks for replying HowardH

No penetration means no risk. There could in theory be a very small risk of HSV, but in the range of one chance in millions. (You may as well worry about being hit by lightning -- probably similar risk.) Definitely zero for HIV. Don't get tested for anything. This was a non-event from an STD risk standpoint.
