Anyone got tips how to work with an outbreak

I've been out of work since last Friday due to the pain from my first ever outbreak. I'm supposed to go back to work tommorow. I was at the hospital today for an ultrasound and some bloodwork and just from walking like 20 minutes in the hospital to get to the bloodlab and ultrasound room and back caused me to hurt really bad down there. The pain hasn't gone away since I got home and I've been just relaxing, not pushing myself.
I work the next four days in a row. I'm just a cashier but if I am hurting this bad from just a bit of walking, I'm scared as to how I'll feel after four days on my feet for hours and stuff. Does anyone have any tips? I need the money. My work is super understanding and my doctor had given me a note telling them I couldn't work last Saturday due to "pregnancy issues" (which is true anyways since this has affected my pregnancy) and my boss said if I needed more time off, to let them know.
I really don't wanna miss anymore work than I had to so does anyone have any tips to help? It feels like I'm being ripped apart down there and I can barely move.

Doctor just called and confirmed the results. I have type 2.
She has me on acycolovir 400mg twice a day since last friday. I'm in my third trimester now and have already been discussing with my doctor about having a c section to reduce the risk of passing it to my baby. May even get a c section even if I am not having an outbreak, just to be safe.

Hi, taking antivirals would help aide in healing but would take a few days. Also if your pregnant and just contracted herpes, you need to discuss this with your doctor, esp if you just had an outbreak.
