Bite or STD?

A couple nights ago in my sleep I randomly felt a sharp pain directly beneath the head of my penis.  I went to the bathroom to check myself out and see what had happened, but found nothing.  The next day there were two red bumps where the pain had been, and it no longer hurt, but itched mildly, and only when i touch it or something, it doesn't constantly itch like a mosquito bite would.  A few days before the pain, I had sex with a girl, I used a condom which did not break, and we didn't have sex long enough for me to finish, so I threw the condom away and showered, and that was it.  I'm worried that the two bumps are Herpes, but it also looks a lot like a spider bite, and the instant pain that occurred leads me to believe that I had been bitten by a spider at that moment.  The bumps aren't showing up anywhere else, however I realize that Herpes can be mistaken for bug bites, and I was just wondering if there was any explanation you could give me, thank you very much.

well if you used a condom then you are fine unless you have had sex with someone else in your past with out protection. you can have an out break at anytime...but from what i have read if its herpes then it usually is surrounded by little blisters and crusts over. I'm having a scare myself but you should be fine and if your still worried then go see your doctor for better results. take care
