End of an outbreak

Well after having what every doctor thinks is/was a first outbreak, I am having stomach cramps that are making me crawl, diarrhea, bloating and swelling and pain in the joints along with severe nausea. I am wondering if this is normal...? My vaginal discharge is back to normal, that being clear and sticky with no smell. My sores are still visible but not a problem anymore. I do not know what is happening. I have the same diet as always, I havent done something different and if anyone has input on this please let me know. TIA
