Can genital herpes spread to face?

Hello.. I recently have been diagnosed with HSV-2.. Genital Herpes about 2 months ago. So I have had it for a short period of time. I know that there is asymptomatic shedding and I havent had any symptoms since then. A few days ago, I noticed I had a bump on my neck. I thought nothing of it and just assumed it was a pimple. I had another by my eyebrow and it looks like a pimple..and since i normally get acne on my forehead, I assumed so. But Now i am getting very faint pink dots on my cheek. I didnt even notice it until my mom pointed it out to me. Only one person in my family knows I have genital herpes, and I want to keep it that way. And No,my mom does not know. But Can the Genital Herpes virus be spread to the face? Or is it possible that he gave me both Genital and Oral herpes? It looks like a case of acne/pimples. But It just seems so strange because I normally have always had clear skin, even as a young teen. Any advice would be very appreciated. Please Help if you can. I have no idea what to do. If anyone knows any way I would be able to tell if that is what it is.. or a cure for the face.. ?It would be so appreciated. Thank you.

not likely you have herpes on this many areas of your face/neck even if you had managed to contract hsv2 orally when you contracted it genitally. go and be seen monday to find out what is really going on.
