Can u shed some light on this for me

Hi everyone, first off i would like to say thank you all for helping people like me out with our questions : ).

Ok here is my question. 4 months ago i had unprotected sex with a girl who i had just meet... kinda stupid i know but it was a drunk hookup. Now 4 months later I have been seeing some small red bumps on the underside shaft of my penis. I went to the doctor to get it checked out, im one of those people that if i see something wrong i get it looked at quickly. My doctor told me that they looked like clogged hair follicle's, maybe cyst's, or jsut some irritation due to working in the heat and sweating all the time, and shaving. I went home feeling good with my worries gone. Then 2 days ago i noticed something else, its a little red bump like the others but this one is slightly raised, and a little bit shinier then the rest of them. I noticed this thursday night after work, and by this mourning (saturday) it is quite a bit smaller , and seems to be on the verge of going away. It's kind of hard, and you cant pop it (I tried). The thing that gets me freaked out is right as this one was going away another one came up. Does this sound like it could be herpes to you. I read that if you get a outbreak it lasts for 5-10 days then heals. What i have seems to be healing up in just a day. Should i go back to the doctor and show her this, or not. I'd feel kinda dumb going back there and spening 30 bucks just to be told the same thign again. I mean really i wouldnt even know it was there unless i saw it cause i doesnt feel wierd, hurt, itch, burn or anything.

Thanks for any insight you may be able to give me, and thanks for again for giving many people a helping hand.

Defnitely not herpes!! Herpes doesn't come an go on a daily bases and changes sizes etc. You need to stop staring at your penis and understand that NOTHING you have said indicates herpes at all!!
