Can't identify mark

I don't know if I'm just being paranoid but yesterday I noticed a little bump on the inside of my pee hole. It's not red or swollen. It's just a flesh colored bump. I don't know if I always had this or if it's new. I've been worried about possibly contracting herpes and this might be adding to the paranoia. I don't have any itching or bad pain. It burns a little when I pee but that might be a urinary infection my doctor is treating me for. The bump hasn't changed color or got bigger in 2 days. My question is, does this sound like a common mark of herpes and if I do have it, will the outbreak will be noticeable without a doubt.

Absolutely it would be obvious if you'd been infected. No cause for concern for such a low risk episode.

Thanks for the reply. I do realize it sounds silly but I'm a very anxious person. My recent episode that has worried me was about 16 days ago. That tiny bump is still there. I'm really thinking I've always had it. If I had a brief brief oral preformed on me that long ago, if I haven't had any obvious signs of HSV1, 2 I should be ok? Or should I be concerned?

You are being paranoid about your recent incident.

This is a naturally occurring bump in response possible to bacteria, fungus etc.
